Example package

If your main business priority is to double your business in size in two years, a suggested package could include:

Month 1 - People Pillar Discovery

An initial 2-5 days working with your business to ask lots of questions, carry out an HR Audit to identify any problem areas and talk through where you see your business going, your goals and what it looks like in 24 months.

From this, we will then produce your tailored People Plan for your business which is aligned to your Company's medium term plans.

Months 2-12

2-4 days support per month to lead on the key projects in the People Plan.  This would result in clear, tangible outcomes such as:

  • producing a recruitment plan to increase your headcount from 15 to 30 to support your growth.
  • introducing a career progression framework so that people can see what a career path might look like with your business and also what the expected salaries could be
  • introducing a culture guide setting out what it is like to work for your business and the key information employees need to know.  This can also be used as part of your promotional material for new hires.
  • Carrying out an employee engagement survey to identify what you are doing well and where you could be even better!!
  • Training line managers of how to get the best out of their teams.
  • Introducing regular check ins and career discussions (rather than appraisals)
  • Regular catch ups with you or a senior manager to act as a sounding board and to talk through any issues/concerns that crop up.
  • Coaching and mentoring for you or your in-house HR administrator / PA / Office Manager / Operations Manager to support them in delivering your People Plan.  I have previously managed large HR Teams so I know how to get the best out of the HR function and help people develop their skills and their careers.
