A suggested package could include:

Month 1 - People Pillar Discovery

Initial 2-5 days working with your business to

  1. carry out an HR Audit to identify any problem areas and
  2. talk through where you see your business going, your goals and what it looks like in 12 months. 

I will then produce your People Plan aligned to your Company's medium term plan

Months 2-12

  • 3-4 days support per month to lead on key projects.
  • Regular business partner calls with you or a senior manager to act as a sounding board and to talk through any issues/concerns that arise.
  • Coaching and mentoring for your in-house HR administrator / PA / Office Manager / Operations Manager to support them in delivering your People Plan.  I have previously managed large HR Teams so I know how to get the best out of the HR function and help people develop their skills and their careers.
  • Email and telephone support on any key HR issues that arise.
  • Working with you as your business grows.
